バヌアツと日本の小学校で文化交流

タンナから帰ってきた次の日、８月１１日にビライーストスクールに行って、東京都の先生方と子供たちが交流をしました。事前に校長先生や先生方にはお願いをしていました。この学校は週に１回、６年生のクラスで音楽を教えています。
普段私もなかなか他のクラスには顔を出せないので、一緒に１年生から６年生のクラスまでをまわり、授業を見させてもらいました。
この日の交流のスケジュール
１時間目８：００～１０：００ １年生から６年生までの授業

２時間目１０：１５～１２：１５ 東京都の先生方からの授業

手紙の交流
３時間目１３：００～１４：００ 私の音楽の授業参観 歌、
南中ソーランを一緒に踊る
この６年生のクラスと東京都の小学校でお手紙やスカイプの交流をします。

東京の子供達からの手紙は先生方が届けてくださいました。バヌアツの食事や行事、遊びなどの絵と日本の子供たちへビライーストの子供達には書いてもらいました。
ずっとここ２か月くらい「日本の子供と交流するんだよ。」と話をしていたのですが、実際に東京の子供たちが歌っている姿やお手紙を書いている様子などを見て、バヌアツの子供達も本当に交流ができるだという実感が沸いてきたようです。
さて、日本の新学期とバヌアツの新学期が始まったらいよいよ交流開始です。
東京から来られた先生方、バヌアツへ来て、交流してくださり、本当にありがとうございました。
また、このような機会を快く作ってくださったビライーストスクールに感謝します。
After we came back from Tanna, next day we went to Vila East School because of cultural exchange between Vanuatu and Japan.
I asked this school’s principal and teachers for their visit in advance.
I teach music lesson for Year6 of this school once a week.
I hadn’t observed other class yet, so it was good opportunity for not only Japanese teachers but also me.
Time schedule
8:00~10:00 Lesson observation from 1st grade to 6th grade.
10:15~12:00 Lesson by Japanese teachers about Japanese
culture and school
VTR of the Japanese School and message from Japanese

13:00~14:00 Music and Japanese dance lesson by me.
Ni-Vanuatu children realized that they could have cultural exchange with Japanese children by watching Video letter from Japanese children.
They wrote message on the letter and picture about culture, food event in Vanuatu and so on to Japanese children.
After new term start, we will start to communicate with Skype.
I appreciate teachers of Vila East School and Japanese teachers.
